Happy new year dear readers. I hope you all find great happiness and success this year. Its been a while since I have posted anything. Working in IT comes with quite hectic days in last quarter of year and a couple of free weeks around end of December and January.
A bit about year end
I had a lot of plans about blogging at the beginning of December 2024. But when the free weeks arrived, I just wanted to spend time on my hobbies. I love hand embroidery and completed 3 projects. I am happy to share the pictures of my work with my dear readers.
It was also a long time desire to explore towns and villages in the UK. I did visit some and they were beautiful. Do see the pictures below and if you recognize the places, let me know in the comments.
It is a choice and luxury to end a year by doing something one loves. I had a good year end and I hope my readers too ended 2024 with great satisfaction.
New Year New Beginnings
Jan 1st for me starts with celebrations at home. Its extra special because its some one’s birthday in my family. This year we decided to visit London Sea world on new year day. It was pouring in London but we had a fantastic time at the sea world.
Its been a week into 2025 and I felt I should put into action the plans I made in December last year. So, here is my first blog for this year.
I have few resolutions for this year and I would like to share those with my readers.
- Write more blogs this year
- Read at least 4 books
- Explore more towns and villages
- Learn 4 new skills
- Eat less junk and
- Meet all of my professional goals
I am not comfortable making long goal lists but I do understand the importance of making a list. I hope my readers too have their list ready, if not, do not worry, start now and keep revisiting them every 3 months. If you have a list, Great.
