In the world of Art – Anitha

Art is a way for self-reflection and self-discovery. Art provides aesthetic pleasure, bringing joy and beauty into people’s lives. It can inspire a sense of wonder and appreciation for the world around us. In this post I would like to introduce to a very passionate artist, Anitha.

Anitha was born and raised in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh in India. She is currently residing in Bangalore. She is an expert in wearable art and has been working on enhancing visual appearance of sarees for nearly two decades. Anitha got interested in arts from a very young age. She took painting lessons in Hyderabad. It takes her anywhere between 2 days to a week to paint a saree.

A creative mind keeps looking for ways to express creativity. It was during covid time that Anitha learnt Resin art through YouTube videos. She practiced and perfected the art and now creates marvellous pieces.

Anitha also learnt Tanjore painting and Mandala art. Art is her passion. She says if one has talent, they should pursue it and not give it up. Anitha self thought these two forms of art and now enjoys creating beautiful bookmarks and greeting cards.

Along with arts, Anitha also runs a food channel on YouTube. You can find healthy weight loss recipes here. She says these are her tried and tested recipes and this helped her loose weight. Her friends and relatives started asking her secret and that’s how she started her food channel.

Dear reader, I hope you enjoyed Anitha’s art work. Please visit her Instagram page and support her work. Thank you.

Few women who really Inspire me are the women in my family, Mother Teresa, Sushma Swaraj, Nirmala Seetharaman, My female colleagues who I am desperately waiting to introduce in this blog.
